Responsibilities

Lead architectural decisions for scalable, fault-tolerant backend microservices
Design and develop high-performance APIs and core business logic using Node.js (TypeScript) or similar technologies
Ensure systems handle extreme concurrency, data streaming, and low-latency requirements
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and code quality
