Fellows will work on one primary project from the following impactful initiatives:

Nuestro Valor: Developing culturally grounded strategies to increase fruit and vegetable consumption among Latino communities.
aFloats (Acoustic Micro float): Building enterprise models around hydrophone-enabled floats that monitor underwater soundscapes affecting marine life.
SMART Wrap: Advancing a text-based care coordination tool for youth with complex healthcare needs toward a sustainable service model.
TUNE: Creating a pathway to scale a low-cost, smartphone-based hearing screening tool for early detection in low-resource settings.

Eligibility Criteria

This fellowship seeks motivated students from diverse academic backgrounds. To qualify, you must be:

A currently enrolled graduate or professional student at any school or college within the University of Washington
Passionate about social impact, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Able to contribute unique disciplinary skills to a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
