Eligibility Criteria

This competitive scholarship has specific requirements for Turkish applicants. To qualify, you must satisfy these conditions:

Be a Turkish national with an excellent academic record and strong moral character.
Hold a secondary school diploma for bachelor’s applicants, or a post-secondary degree for graduate applicants.
Meet the minimum GPA requirement:
Undergraduate applicants: GPA above 3.0.
Graduate applicants: GPA above 3.5 (on a 4.5 scale).
Not a Taiwanese national or an overseas Taiwanese student.
Not currently enrolled or registered at a Taiwanese university.
Not have previously held the Taiwan Scholarship for a total of five years or had the award revoked.

Not receiving any other Taiwanese government scholarship or subsidy concurrently.
