Responsibilities

Oversee daily coordination of contractor-installed MEP systems in line with approved drawings and specifications
Monitor construction progress and document contractor activities for reporting to the Owner’s Project Manager
Lead and participate in regular progress and coordination meetings
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change order processes across multiple trades
Supervise and coordinate inspection staff and field personnel
Track project issues, risks, and schedule impacts, providing clear status updates
Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or Owner’s Representative
Proven background in managing MEP-intensive renovation or facilities projects
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, CPM analysis, and cost control
Experience with construction management software and cost estimating tools
Ability to review engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical specifications
OSHA 10-hour certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
