Responsibilities

  • Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for fleet-based systems
  • Manage post-sale implementation lifecycles and customer onboarding
  • Conduct on-site training for technical contacts and end users
  • Design and document computer network diagrams and system architectures
  • Coordinate customer field commissioning and validation testing
  • Deliver detailed project deployment and status reports
  • Troubleshoot applications, networks, hardware, and integrated systems

  • Validate the quality of electrical and 12V DC subcontractor installations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in advanced network or systems implementation
  • Strong knowledge of IP-based Ethernet networks, LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, hardware, and applications
  • Familiarity with router configuration (Cradlepoint or equivalent preferred)
  • Basic understanding of 12V DC electrical systems and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel 100% domestically (Monday–Friday)
  • Valid driver’s license
