Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot live trading systems in a Linux on-premise production environment
Monitor and maintain distributed production systems used by automated trading desks
Develop and maintain Python and Bash scripts for monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling
Provide L1 and L2 production support, with opportunities to operate at the L3 level
Act as a technical bridge between trading desks and platform, network, and security teams
Respond to real-time production issues and support rapid changes during live trading
Participate in improving system reliability, observability, and operational processes
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of mission-critical systems

Requirements

Strong Linux experience with OS-level troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation and tooling
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience supporting production systems in high-availability environments
Experience working with on-premise infrastructure (cloud-only backgrounds not required)
Background in high-frequency trading, financial systems, or large-scale mission-critical platforms is highly valued
