About the Role

You will work directly on hardware validation, board-level debugging, and system-level testing of development and production server platforms. Responsibilities

  • Assemble, build, and configure bench-top development systems and large-scale server platforms
  • Execute board-level and system-level validation, testing, and debug activities
  • Connect oscilloscopes and other lab tools to probe and capture signal waveform data
  • Perform mechanical rework and assist with board preparation for solder rework
  • Execute test plans, collect results, analyze failures, and produce clear engineering reports
  • Perform power, low-speed IO, and sequence validation tasks using standard lab instruments
  • Support module and board screening during debug and validation cycles
  • Maintain lab organization, equipment inventory, and shipping/receiving activities
  • Assist with firmware and software updates following defined procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in hardware, electronics, or validation lab environments
  • Hands-on experience with board-level and system-level validation or bring-up
  • Experience with PCIe, power validation, and high-speed or mixed-signal systems
  • Ability to read schematics and understand board design files
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and general lab instrumentation
  • Experience probing interfaces such as GPIO, I2C, I3C, or SPI
  • Working knowledge of Linux command-line tools and firmware update processes
  • Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment
