Job Description and Role Expectations

You will be a key frontline representative, responsible for driving sales, providing expert product advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to engage clients, understand their project needs, and promote our range of products will be central to achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must meet specific educational, experiential, and personal criteria to be considered.

Hold a minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possess at least three years of post-qualification, hands-on experience in a sales role, preferably within retail, hardware, construction, or a related industry.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and persuasively with customers.
Must be aged between 24 and 30 years old.
Exhibit a high degree of motivation, reliability, and a willingness to work flexibly, including assignments outside of Accra as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities

While comprehensive training will be provided, your core duties will include:

Actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable hardware and décor products.
Processing sales transactions accurately and maintaining a tidy, well-organized sales floor.
Developing product knowledge to provide accurate information on features, benefits, and applications.
Supporting inventory management by assisting with stock counts and reporting low stock levels.
Contributing to team sales goals and participating in promotional activities to drive store traffic.
