About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and dental prosthetics using Exocad
- Support complex implant and smile design cases within a fully digital workflow
- Interpret prescriptions and technical instructions from clinicians with accuracy
- Ensure consistent quality, precision, and aesthetic standards across all designs
- Collaborate closely with dentists, surgeons, and laboratory colleagues
- Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital workflows and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CAD/CAM Dental Technician
- Expert-level proficiency in Exocad (mandatory)
- Strong background in crown and bridge, implant restorations, and smile design
- Experience with zirconia design and staining (soft state)
- Good working level of spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fully qualified and able to work without supervision
- Experience with other CAD/CAM systems and GDC registration is an advantage
