About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting high standards in code quality, architecture, and delivery
  • Design and implement end-to-end cloud-native solutions using .NET Core and AWS services
  • Act as the main technical point of contact across product, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • Remain hands-on in core framework and platform development and perform rigorous code reviews

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building backend systems with .NET / .NET Core (C#)
  • Strong experience designing AWS architectures using services such as EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, and relational databases
  • Solid background with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL platforms like DynamoDB or Aurora
  • Experience with Kafka, microservices, and high-throughput APIs
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Proven experience in capital markets or trading systems (OMS, EMS, FIX, market data, or risk systems)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
