About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting high standards in code quality, architecture, and delivery
Design and implement end-to-end cloud-native solutions using .NET Core and AWS services
Act as the main technical point of contact across product, QA, DevOps, and business teams
Remain hands-on in core framework and platform development and perform rigorous code reviews
Architect and optimize database schemas for high-performance, real-time trading workloads
Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for production platforms

Requirements

8+ years of experience building backend systems with .NET / .NET Core (C#)
Strong experience designing AWS architectures using services such as EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, and relational databases
Solid background with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL platforms like DynamoDB or Aurora
Experience with Kafka, microservices, and high-throughput APIs
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Proven experience in capital markets or trading systems (OMS, EMS, FIX, market data, or risk systems)
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
