About Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, efficient, and premium guest service
  • Drive sales through upselling of brunch, plated desserts, and retail products
  • Run daily service briefings to align the team on priorities, promotions, and launches
  • Train and mentor staff in guest experience, upselling, and complaint handling
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams on new menu and product launches
  • Act as the first point of contact for guest issues and ensure effective service recovery
