Responsibilities

Lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, efficient, and premium guest service
Drive sales through upselling of brunch, plated desserts, and retail products
Run daily service briefings to align the team on priorities, promotions, and launches
Train and mentor staff in guest experience, upselling, and complaint handling
Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams on new menu and product launches
Act as the first point of contact for guest issues and ensure effective service recovery
