This role is based in both Accra and Kumasi and represents a dynamic entry point into the financial services sector. Job Description and Primary Duties

As a Field Banker, you will serve as the direct link between Universal Microfinance and our clients. Your core responsibilities will revolve around client acquisition and relationship management.

Marketing and Sales Generation: Proactively market our savings and financial products within assigned communities to generate new client acquisitions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are understood and met with appropriate solutions.
Financial Inclusion Advocacy: Educate potential clients on the benefits of formal savings and our service offerings, promoting financial literacy and inclusion.
Field Operations: Conduct daily field visits to engage with customers, collect deposits, and provide essential account services directly within the community.
Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for savings mobilization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or a higher educational qualification.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
Exhibit a results-driven attitude with a natural talent for persuasion and sales.
Possess basic numerical aptitude and organizational skills for accurate transaction recording.
Be willing to work extensively in the field, requiring mobility within the Accra or Kumasi metropolitan areas.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field agent roles is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Location: These Field Banker positions are available in both Accra and Kumasi.
