Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding of field and office personnel
  • Support and manage H-2B visa and permanent resident workforce programs
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events, including trade schools
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Organize and support company events and team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and employment regulations
  • Maintain and manage employee documentation and records
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, training programs, and leadership development

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or business management
