Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Coordinate onboarding of field and office personnel
Support and manage H-2B visa and permanent resident workforce programs
Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events, including trade schools
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
Organize and support company events and team-building activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and employment regulations
Maintain and manage employee documentation and records
Coordinate new hire orientation, training programs, and leadership development
Support performance review processes and internal development programs
Update employee handbook and handle HR administrative processes

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or business management
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
Experience working with HR systems and documentation processes
Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
Ability to work on-site in the United States
