Responsibilities

Allocate consultants to projects based on scope, timelines, and required skills
Maintain accurate capacity planning, availability tracking, and workload forecasts
Monitor utilisation levels and proactively rebalance resources where needed
Track adherence to Statements of Work and agreed delivery targets
Maintain and update resource management data, including assignments, holidays, and skills
Produce regular reports on utilisation, capacity, and resourcing risks
Analyse data to identify anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Work closely with project and resource managers to resolve scheduling conflicts
Support continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and resourcing processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
