Responsibilities

  • Allocate consultants to projects based on scope, timelines, and required skills
  • Maintain accurate capacity planning, availability tracking, and workload forecasts
  • Monitor utilisation levels and proactively rebalance resources where needed
  • Track adherence to Statements of Work and agreed delivery targets
  • Maintain and update resource management data, including assignments, holidays, and skills
  • Produce regular reports on utilisation, capacity, and resourcing risks
  • Analyse data to identify anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with project and resource managers to resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Support continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and resourcing processes
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and internal governance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource coordination
  • Experience in IT, software, consulting, or project delivery environments
  • Strong skills in Excel and confidence working with data and reports
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HubSpot, MS Project, or similar systems
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and anomaly detection
