Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 months of greenhouse or nursery experience
  • At least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of general driving experience
  • Valid driver’s license (U.S. or acceptable international equivalent; CDL accepted but not required)
  • Ability to communicate in basic English for road signs, instructions, and safety communication
  • Physically able to perform manual loading, unloading, and cart handling duties
  • Willingness to comply with safety rules, DOT regulations, and company policies
  • Ability to pass post-hire drug and alcohol testing as required by the employer
  • Eligible and willing to work in the U.S. under the H-2A visa program
