POSITION: Pharmacy Partnership Specialist (Sales Role)

Rivia is transforming healthcare access in Ghana by making it simple, convenient, and frustration free. We operate a trusted network of company owned clinics and partner facilities, supported by user friendly technology on WhatsApp and our Call Centre. Our Rivia Access Card grants members free virtual care and seamless clinic visits. Currently, we are seeking energetic Pharmacy Partnership Specialists to drive our expansion and connect with communities.

About This Strategic Role

This position is designed for a highly motivated individual passionate about building relationships. As Rivia enters a significant growth phase, you will secure vital partnerships with local pharmacies. These pharmacies will become key distribution points for our Rivia Access Cards. Your core mission is to enroll pharmacies that will offer our cards to their customers, thereby expanding community access to our virtual and physical healthcare network. This is a field driven, high performance role where your direct results yield major personal rewards.

Requirements and Rewards Structure

Prior experience or established relationships within Ghana’s pharmacy sector is a significant advantage for this role.
This is a predominantly field based position focused on results and offering high autonomy.
Remuneration is a high commission structure with the potential to earn GHS 10,000 or more monthly based directly on your performance.
