Eligibility Requirements
Candidates are required to possess citizenship from a qualifying nation in Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Oceania, or Eastern Europe (according to the OECD-DAC ODA list) and should have earned their initial degree in their country of origin. Application Process
For applicants to be eligible, they must:
- Submit your application for one of the qualifying Master’s programs at KU Leuven.

- Both applications need to be finished before the deadline for qualification. Applications that are conditional or incomplete will not be evaluated.
