Eligibility Requirements
Physicians (MD/DO)
- Residents: 3rd-year pediatric or 4th-year internal medicine/pediatrics trainees (from any institution).
- Fellows: First-year pediatric subspecialty fellows at the University of Michigan (or newly matched fellows). CHEAR usually coincides with the years of research for your subspecialty fellowship.
- Faculty: Existing or new pediatric faculty at the University of Michigan (educational or clinical pathway).
