Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Education Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in online math education and aspiring to be future leaders in the industry.

The position offers comprehensive exposure across teaching, user operations, and business development, with a potential path to management within 2-3 years based on performance.

Job Details

• Location: San Jose, CA
• Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
• Salary: 69,000−100,000 per year
• Intended Start Date: Early September 2025

Responsibilities

Marketing

• Research K-12 math education trends and policies in target regions.
• Identify high-potential districts or cities for outreach.
• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Build relationships with parents, educators, and community partners.
• Travel for events, school visits, and on-the-ground research as needed.

Math Instruction

• Deliver online math classes (approximately 8 hours per week) during your rotational training.
• Gain valuable insights into user needs and hands-on teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a STEM-related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• A genuine passion for education and online learning.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to take ownership of projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: 85,000−100,000, including:
  • • Base Salary: 69,000−75,000
    • Guaranteed Teaching Salary: 12,000−15,000
• Teaching & Performance Bonus: Up to 15%
• 401(k) and health, vision, and dental insurance.
• H-1B sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
• Relocation allowance available.
