Duties

As a room attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting washbasins, countertops, toilets, mirrors, baths, and showers.
• Drying and cleaning glass surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Washing dishes and properly storing clean glasses and silverware.
• Tidying up pots and utensils as needed.
• Emptying garbage cans and ensuring cleanliness.
• Dusting furniture and fixtures to maintain a polished look.
• Vacuuming carpets and upholstery, and moving furniture when necessary.
• Assembling mattresses and changing linens as required.
• Replacing soiled linens and restocking used amenities in restrooms.
• Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Restocking writing materials, coffee supplies, and glassware in guest rooms.
• Checking that all appliances are functional and reporting any issues.
• Inspecting unoccupied rooms and addressing any maintenance needs.
• Assisting with cleaning public areas, restrooms, and elevators when necessary.

Prerequisites

• While prior experience in sanitation and customer service is a plus, it is not mandatory.
• Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, which may require overtime.
• You should be physically capable of bending, lifting, pushing, and dragging items.

Salary

We offer subsidized shared accommodations at $18 per day. These fully furnished living spaces include condominiums and two-to three-bedroom homes. Each unit features in-suite laundry facilities, shared restrooms, and kitchens. All necessary amenities, including free cable and internet, are available. To ensure comfort, we limit the maximum occupancy in each unit.
