Japan IMF Scholarship 2026 for Asia (JISPA)
Have you ever envisioned influencing the future of economic policy in your nation while attending some of Japan’s top universities, completely funded? The Japan-IMF Scholarship Program for Asia (JISPA) has officially started accepting applications for the class of 2026, presenting a prime opportunity for you.
Supported by the Government of Japan and managed by the IMF, JISPA represents more than merely a scholarship. It’s a leadership program aimed at preparing young leaders throughout Asia and the Pacific to be the economic decision-makers of the future. Since 1993, over 1,000 JISPA alumni have ascended to high positions, including governors, ministers, and policymakers. Now, you have the opportunity to become part of this exclusive group.
What Makes JISPA Unique?
Two Prestigious Routes:

The scholarship includes tuition costs, a substantial monthly allowance, round-trip flight expenses, fees for orientation and workshops, visa/medical pre-departure costs, and also expenses related to research for Ph.D. candidates.
