The Opportunity

We are seeking civil engineers experienced in road and heavy-duty pavement design. Join our Auckland team to work on exciting projects in New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pavement components for projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Participating in road inspections to aid annual network maintenance and renewal designs.
• Gathering pavement data from multiple sources, developing designs, and producing detailed design reports.
• Communicating effectively with team members, managers, and clients about project tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborating on both conceptual and detailed designs, including input on contract procurement and construction.
• Conducting site visits, monitoring pavement construction, and providing technical support.
• Mentoring junior team members and nurturing client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements
