Application Deadlines

The Global Talent Ireland 2025 application has a two-step process. First, the Expression of Interest (EoI) phase requires your hosting research organization to submit your information by 28 August 2025 at 13:00 (Dublin time); failure to do so means disqualification. Once the EoI is approved, you’ll proceed to the Full Proposal phase, due in October 2025 (exact date TBD). Only those with a successful EoI can advance, so securing your host institution’s commitment early is crucial. The evaluation includes a global expert peer review and a discussion with a diverse panel, so be prepared to impress both in writing and in person.
