Lesotho Set to Welcome All EU Citizens with Upcoming Visa-Free Travel Policy

Lesotho has announced a new visa-free entry policy for citizens of all EU countries. This initiative aims to boost tourism and strengthen international relations. The policy, unveiled during the Lesotho-EU Partnership Dialogue, is set to simplify travel for European visitors.

The visa exemption has been approved, but specific implementation procedures are still being finalized. Prime Minister Matekane assured participants at the dialogue that these formalities are nearing completion. “The implementation details will follow. Much has been done, and we are almost there,” he said.

Lesotho e-Visa System Remains on Hold
