Master Mind Scholarships 2025 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants need to:

  • Register for a master’s degree program at one of the participating Flemish institutions.
  • Maintain a strong academic record (at least a GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale)
  • Exhibit a high level of English language skills.
  • Obtain acceptance from the host institution prior to scholarship nomination.
  • Be a student from abroad (not a citizen of Belgium)
  • Finally, do not combine this scholarship with any other Flemish government scholarship or Erasmus Mundus award.

  • Completed online application form through the Mobility-Online platform.
  • Copy of a valid passport
  • Latest passport-sized picture
  • Academic transcripts
  • Undergraduate degree certificate
  • Demonstration of English language skills (TOEFL, IELTS, or similar)
  • Letter of motivation
  • Letters of recommendation (typically 2)
  • Admission letter from the host university (after the application)
