Canada Humber International Scholarships 2025

The Humber International Scholarships 2025 in Canada provide a valuable opportunity for international students to pursue higher education at Humber College. Types of Scholarships at Humber College: 

1. International Entrance Scholarships

Incoming students beginning their Diploma and/or Advanced Diploma programs at Humber College could qualify for an international entrance scholarship. This scholarship provides a CAD 2,000 discount on tuition fees, distributed over the initial two semesters (CAD 1,000 each semester).

Additional Information: 

  • Scholarships are granted due to academic outstanding performance.
  • The GPA is computed by the Humber admissions team using high school transcripts provided at the time of admission.
  • No additional application is necessary; qualified students are automatically taken into account.
  • Scholarship opportunities are restricted: 20 for the September enrollment, 15 for January, and 5 for May.
  • Also, every recipient must originate from a distinct country for each intake.
  • We transfer the scholarship funds to the MyHumber account of the student following the 10th day of classes.
  • Lastly, only recipients who are successful will be informed after the 10th day of their initial semester studies.

2. Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships

These scholarships are offered to high school graduates who are enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree program at Humber College. We give awards for academic achievement and are automatically provided to qualifying students.

  • Scholarships that are renewable necessitate students to sustain a GPA of 80% annually.
  • Scholarships have no limit in number.

3. Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships for EAP Graduates

Students who have finished Level 8 of Humber’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program with a GPA of 80% or above can obtain a one-time, non-renewable scholarship worth CAD 1,500.

4. Awards for EAP Graduates

Graduates from Humber’s Level 8 EAP Certificate Program may be eligible for awards based on these criteria:

  • Grade Point Average
  • Enhancement of English language skills
  • Involvement in Humber’s varied community
  • Do not submit applications; we nominate students by faculty, and inform awardees in November.

5. LanguageCert University and College Pathways Scholarship

International students participating in an English pathway program at Humber College with conditional acceptance into a Canadian degree or diploma program can apply for a CAD 1,000 scholarship.

6. Barbados Canada Foundation (BCF) Scholarships

  • This scholarship aids students with Barbadian ancestry who are seeking post-secondary education in Canada.
  • Every scholarship has a value of CAD 4,000 annually.

Extra Awards, Grants and Scholarships: 

Alongside the scholarships available at Humber’s International Centre, students can look into external, government, corporate, and community-sponsored grants. Also, candidates must thoroughly examine the eligibility requirements prior to submitting their applications.

Humber International Scholarships 2025 Eligibility Requirements

  • Available to international students.
  • Candidates are required to fulfill academic excellence standards as determined by their GPA.
  • We exclusively offer scholarships for undergraduate degrees to students who are coming straight from high school/secondary school.
  • Graduates of EAP seeking to enroll in a Bachelor’s program must fulfill the minimum GPA criteria.
  • Certain scholarships necessitate nominations from faculty.
