About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical, leadership, and support roles
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for domestic and international talent
- Manage LMIA applications and coordinate foreign worker immigration processes
- Support Work Experience Canada and the Kootenay Immigration Pilot Program applications
- Build relationships with industry associations, recruitment partners, and government agencies
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems using HRIS tools
- Coordinate interview logistics, travel, and onboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and immigration regulations
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience in international recruitment and immigration processes
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Rippling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Capacity to work independently and manage competing priorities
