About the Role

Responsibilities

Support and coach 2–3 Scrum teams as a servant leader, fostering trust, collaboration, and psychological safety
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, agile workshops, and team sessions that drive clarity and effective decision-making
Coach teams to improve flow, autonomy, and agile maturity at a sustainable pace
Improve transparency by helping teams visualize work, impediments, and meaningful delivery metrics
Partner with Product Owners, developers, and leaders to strengthen agile practices and systems thinking
Promote continuous improvement through thoughtful, evidence-based change initiatives
Contribute to organizational agility by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptability

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a product development environment
Strong understanding of Agile values and principles with the ability to adapt them to context
Proven experience facilitating workshops and Scrum events that drive alignment and improvement
Experience supporting Product Owners and teams to enhance collaboration and delivery flow
Excellent communication skills and confidence working across complex environments
Familiarity with Kanban, XP, Lean, or other complementary practices
Professional fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
