Responsibilities

Lead the strategic, end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects across multiple business units
Drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives aligned with client and organisational strategy
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-impact AI transformation opportunities
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing data science and AI teams
Oversee project portfolios, budgets, and delivery timelines to ensure successful outcomes
Represent the AI function in leadership forums and contribute to internal and external thought leadership
Establish and promote best practices for data science workflows, governance, and reproducibility
Support business development through AI opportunity identification, proposals, and client pitches

Requirements

6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise settings
Strong understanding of end-to-end machine learning workflows and applied analytics
Proven experience delivering AI solutions using Azure ML, Databricks, and MLOps pipelines
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience across the data analytics lifecycle, including data strategy, ETL, analysis, and visualisation
Familiarity with AutoML platforms and feature engineering techniques
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred)
