Responsibilities

Engage with clients, end-users, and development teams to gather and document business and system requirements
Review existing operational processes, workflows, and digital systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Prepare functional and technical documentation for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
Plan and coordinate ICT projects, managing schedules, resources, and budgets
