Take an active role in service during all operating hours

Maintain and support food and beverage quality across all service areas

Develop and maintain a regular customer base

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal, guest service, and oral/written communication skills
Proven ability to train staff and deliver high-quality guest experiences

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
High attention to detail and service standards
Genuine passion for guest experience excellence and people development
Minimum 2 years of serving experience
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
Serve It Right certification (preferred)
