Job Duties
As an Administrator, your responsibilities include the following duties:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Process factory and third-party supplier invoices efficiently through SAP systems.
- Participate in contract review and debt meetings, including recording accurate meeting minutes.
- Maintain spreadsheets and documentation for internal reporting to business controllers.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required by management.
