We are now seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Marketing and Sales Associates in our Spintex, Accra office. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop critical skills in a supportive environment while connecting with clients and contributing directly to business growth.

Role Overview

As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will handle a diverse mix of marketing, sales support, and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in generating leads, supporting client relationships, and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys working independently and is eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and boost brand awareness.
Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO and online advertising.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Handle administrative functions such as appointment setting, preparing quotes, and managing client renewal reminders.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred; an HND will also be considered.
Proven experience in a marketing or sales support role, ideally within insurance, banking, finance, or a service-oriented industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
