As an Engineering & Construction Project Manager, you will oversee critical projects from start to finish. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality storage tanks, dry bulk systems, and aluminum geodesic domes. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Manage Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee all phases, from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to commissioning.
Lead Retrofits and Upgrades: Implement plant upgrades and automation solutions effectively.
Direct Teams: Supervise contractors, engineers, and site teams to enforce quality and safety standards.
Develop Budgets and Schedules: Create budgets, cost controls, and risk registers to facilitate turnkey project deliveries.
Ensure Compliance: Make certain that projects adhere to API standards, Canadian codes, and health and safety legislation.
Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Provide regular updates and reports to clients while managing diverse teams.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
Experience: Over 10 years in engineering and construction project management.
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience with storage tanks, dry bulk systems, and large industrial projects.
Safety Standards: Strong understanding of safety protocols and budgeting.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Farsi; knowledge of Chinese or Turkish is a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across British Columbia and Canada, including statutory holidays if needed.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities essential for team management.
