POSITION: Client Care Lead
Job Description
Toptech Transport and Logistics Ltd is Ghana’s premier road safety consultancy and logistics provider, renowned for our commitment to excellence and client-focused solutions. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Care Lead to strengthen our customer engagement and drive brand loyalty.
This multifaceted role combines customer service, relationship management, and strategic marketing support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency while contributing to our growth through targeted follow-up and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span across client service and marketing support:
- Serve as the frontline for all customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Accurately record all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and quality assurance.
- Identify and address client needs proactively, offering detailed information about our products and services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Follow up with potential clients to encourage registration and adoption of Toptech services.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and analyzing campaign performance to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to company communication guidelines and operational policies.
Your Profile and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous, but proven practical experience is highly valued.
- Strong prior experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong social media communication skills and digital literacy.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of our La Office.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
