Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and Manhattan SCALE preferred.
Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to influence across departments.

Additional Skills:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong change-management and project-management abilities.
Knowledge of RFID and inventory accuracy processes.
