Job Duties

As the Immigration and Mobility Program Lead, you will:

Develop Strategies: Set the strategic direction and manage the execution of immigration and mobility programs aligned with global people strategies.
Manage Immigration Processes: Oversee end-to-end immigration procedures, including visa strategies, H-1B planning, renewals, and compliance.
Liaise with Counsel: Maintain relationships with external immigration attorneys and relocation vendors to ensure quality support.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams in Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, and Tax to navigate sponsorship and regulatory changes.
Enhance Reporting: Create program documentation and dashboards to assess employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Automate Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline core processes using Workday and other systems.

Job Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 3 years managing immigration and mobility programs.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, including H-1B, F-1, TN, and Green Card applications.
Project Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and working with executive teams.
Analytical Skills: Highly organized and adept at using data for strategic decision-making and program improvement.
Vendor Management: Experience in overseeing vendors and understanding the compliance implications of international assignments.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
