POSITION: Growth and Data Analytics Lead

Job Description

We are currently seeking an analytical and strategic Growth and Data Analytics Lead to transform data into actionable insights and fuel our regional growth strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business strategy. You will shape our first-party data approach, optimize digital performance, and empower decision-making through advanced analytics. Your work will directly influence how we engage consumers, optimize campaigns, and achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with regional growth objectives.
Lead the digital analytics function, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments.

Analysis and Optimization:

Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance across digital channels including websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and marketing effectiveness.
Develop predictive models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and business decisions.

Data Management and CRM:

Design and implement a robust first-party data collection strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and usability for CRM and marketing initiatives.
Analyze consumer data to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Reporting and Visualization:

Create dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, and performance reporting.
Proven expertise with A/B testing, data visualization, and analytics platforms.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R) and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data management platforms, and testing tools.
Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and multi-channel marketing environments.
