POSITION: Gatekeeper & Site Safety Attendant

Job Description

Located in the serene community of New Dawhenya, directly behind the Oxyma filling station on the Aflao road, J in G Retreat Centre is a haven dedicated to tranquility and safety. We are seeking a reliable and vigilant individual to join our team as a Gatekeeper and Site Safety Attendant. This role is fundamental to maintaining the secure and welcoming environment our guests and staff depend on.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a responsible person living in the immediate area who values a straightforward, important role. You will be the first point of contact for our property, playing a direct part in ensuring the daily safety and smooth operation of our retreat centre.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for securely opening and closing the main gate at designated times each day.
A primary duty involves maintaining a constant awareness of the premises to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, and property.
You will monitor entry and exit points, providing a visible and reassuring presence.
Additionally, you will perform periodic visual checks of the exterior grounds and report any unusual activity or concerns promptly.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

You must be a current resident of Macheon, near Central University, Dawhenya. This ensures reliability and proximity to our location.
A minimum educational qualification of a JHS or SHS graduate is required.
A strong sense of responsibility and integrity is non-negotiable.
You must be punctual, observant, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
