Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Native-level fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) for effective collaboration with global teams.
Solid knowledge of SQL for data management and troubleshooting.
A tech-savvy mindset and passion for SaaS or financial technology.
Analytical thinking and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Prior experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
