Job Details

Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C
Duration: 10 months with potential for extension
Salary: Hourly rate based on experience (DOE)
Work Authorization: Open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, and various visa holders.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

Design Interfaces: Craft engaging user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct Research: Perform user research and usability testing to collect feedback and improve designs continuously.
Develop AI Features: Collaborate on creating AI-driven tools to boost user interaction and app intelligence.
Integrate Machine Learning: Work with AI frameworks and APIs to blend machine learning into our products.
Collaborate with Teams: Team up with data scientists and ML engineers to refine AI models for better performance.
Create Documentation: Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to visualize user experiences.
Partner with Developers: Work closely with front-end developers to translate designs into functional React code.
Ensure Consistency: Maintain design consistency throughout the product by adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

The perfect candidate will possess:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally with React development skills.
A strong portfolio that showcases responsive UI/UX designs.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Good understanding of React.js, including JSX, components, and state management.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience using version control tools such as Git.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.
Excellent communication skills to share design rationale effectively.
