As a Pharmacy Manager, you will enhance patient care, manage medication therapy, and support both acute and chronic health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will:

Deliver Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care and wellness services.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain high operational standards, including safety and performance metrics.
Manage the Team: Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to assure quality service.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or equivalent FPGEC).
An active pharmacy license in the state of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
Certification as an immunizer (preferred but not mandatory).
At least one year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy.
Flexibility to work various schedules.
