Job Duties
As the Employment Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading compliance initiatives across employment legislation and workforce regulations.
- Managing Sizewell C’s Visa Sponsorship License and ensuring full UKVI compliance.
- Overseeing governance for contingent and embedded workers through audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for consistent governance application.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Significant experience in IR35 compliance, workforce governance, and HR operations in complex, regulated environments.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and sponsorship processes.
