Job Duties
As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Defining Features: Decompose high-level features into detailed, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Championing Product Vision: Understand and promote the product vision, aligning it with customer experience goals.
- Managing Backlog: Collaborate with UX and development teams to prioritize and groom the product backlog effectively.
- Ensuring Sprint Readiness: Maintain at least two sprints’ worth of groomed stories to facilitate smooth sprint planning.
- Coordinating Dependencies: Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other Product Managers, ensuring commitments are met.

- Taking End-to-End Accountability: Own all aspects of the scrum team’s output, including user experience and story quality.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- SAFe Agile Certification: Must be trained and certified in SAFe Agile or equivalent frameworks.
- Salesforce Experience: At least 8 years of experience in product definition and user story creation within Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Agile Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Agile Craft, and Kanban boards.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for collaboration.
- Telecommunications Knowledge: Familiarity with telco products and services is a significant plus.
