Job Title: Website Administrator

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive part-time Website Administrator to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for managing the digital presence of the entire Magic Group, including Magic Energy Solutions, Magic Consulting and Analytics, and Magic Sports Management.

You will be the driving force behind designing, maintaining, and updating our company websites. Your work will ensure our sites deliver optimal performance, seamless functionality, and a modern aesthetic. You will collaborate with team members on various web projects, using your technical expertise to enhance our online operations and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your core duties will include:

Designing and implementing website updates with a strong focus on user experience and responsive design for all devices.
Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to ensure a smooth and secure customer journey.
Utilizing web analytics tools to monitor site traffic, user behavior, and overall performance, then making data-driven improvements.
Collaborating with team members to plan and execute web-based projects from concept to launch.
Writing and implementing clean code to solve problems and add new website features.
Ensuring all websites remain secure, up to date, and function correctly at all times.

Your Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proven proficiency in web design principles and a portfolio that reflects a focus on user experience.
Hands-on experience managing and operating e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Practical skills in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics to generate insights.
Solid project management abilities to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Professional Requirements:

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
An HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a significant advantage.
