Job Title: Project Supervisor

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in Accra. This role is central to our operational success. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing critical water technology projects from inception to completion. Your primary mission will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with our stringent quality and safety standards. This position requires travel to various project sites within and outside Accra.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Supervisor, you will handle a diverse range of critical duties:

Lead Project Execution: You will direct daily on site operations, coordinating teams and resources to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Monitor Progress and Performance: You will continuously track project progress against established timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Solve Problems Proactively: Identifying potential issues and resolving them quickly will be a key part of your role to keep projects on track.
Manage Resources Effectively: You will oversee the allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal waste.
Uphold Quality and Safety: Enforcing strict quality control measures and safety compliance on all project sites is a non-negotiable responsibility.
Maintain Stakeholder Communication: You will serve as the main point of contact, providing clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders, including management, clients, and team members.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this hands-on role, you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience in leadership and team management, with exceptional organizational abilities.
Strong proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and strategic problem-solving.
Solid knowledge of quality control standards and safety compliance practices in a field environment.
Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
The ability and willingness to travel to project sites located both within and outside Accra.
Technical experience in water technology, environmental engineering, or a related field is a significant advantage.
