Job Duties

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring member satisfaction and driving growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for members and potential clients.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to inquiries through WeChat, email, chatbox, and phone.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term satisfaction.
