Job Duties
As an Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the Prepared platform to educate customers effectively.
- Training: Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for staff at public safety agencies.
- Engagement Tracking: Monitor customer usage metrics and proactively address areas for improvement.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback influences product development.

Job Requirements
