Job Duties

  • Own and develop the APAC people data function across HR recruitment and workforce analytics domains.
  • Design and maintain regional people analytics dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Deliver workforce insights that support strategic decision making across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for HR data used in planning performance and reward processes.
  • Provide analytical support for cross functional projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Lead data governance initiatives and ensure consistency of workforce metrics across regions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to interpret data and guide decision making.
  • Act as regional lead within global people analytics centers of excellence.
  • Develop self service analytics tools to improve data accessibility and usability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of experience in people analytics or workforce data roles
  • Experience leading or managing teams is highly regarded for this position.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands on Workday experience
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python and Databricks is considered a strong advantage.
