Job Duties

Own and develop the APAC people data function across HR recruitment and workforce analytics domains.
Design and maintain regional people analytics dashboards and reporting systems.
Deliver workforce insights that support strategic decision making across the employee lifecycle.
Serve as subject matter expert for HR data used in planning performance and reward processes.
Provide analytical support for cross functional projects from initiation to delivery.
Lead data governance initiatives and ensure consistency of workforce metrics across regions.

Act as regional lead within global people analytics centers of excellence.
Develop self service analytics tools to improve data accessibility and usability.

Job Requirements

Minimum eight years of experience in people analytics or workforce data roles
Experience leading or managing teams is highly regarded for this position.
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands on Workday experience
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms.
