POSITION: Marketing Manager

Sakoa Press Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Accra. If you possess strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, plus proficiency in digital marketing and Microsoft Office, this role offers the opportunity to develop marketing strategies, conduct competitor analysis, manage advertising and promotions, prepare budgets, and supervise the marketing team.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand visibility and market growth. Your role includes conducting market research and competitor analysis, managing advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities, and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will prepare marketing budgets and performance reports, while leading and supervising the marketing team.

Strategy & Campaigns

  • You will develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Driving brand visibility and market growth through targeted initiatives.

Research & Analysis

  • You will conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Using insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • You will manage advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Then, Optimizing campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Stakeholder Relationships

  • You will build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • You will prepare marketing budgets and performance reports, tracking spending and ROI.
  • Presenting results to management with clear recommendations.

Team Leadership

  • You will lead and supervise the marketing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Coaching team members to develop their skills and achieve targets.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A professional marketing qualification gives you an added advantage.
  • A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
